Ever since watching Sound Of Music, I've always wanted a sheer soft blue dress.....an attempt to make Mila May one! I had a skirt with a sheer over lay...and a white hand-me-down dress (niether were worthy to put on)...
took the sheer off the skirt and pinned it on the little dress....
cut the sleeves off the little dress to update the sleeves a bit
added lace.....always!
added black pearls to the tie and bottom of the V of lace
made a hair bow with the black pearls and leftover fabric
and added pearls, buttons and little flowers to the shoes...
she makes anything look good!
